The Boys' Festival Day

In the morning, we left the grandma's house to return home.

My kids spent long time to do his homework.  My wife enjoyed for her garden work.  I worked for my MX-5 to paint the headlamp bezels.

In the evening, the accident was occurred.  When my younger son helped my wife to make dinner, he cut his finger by knife.  My wife took him to the emergency hospital.  Fortunately, his cut was not severe.

Lunch with Grandpa

We had udon lunch with my father.  His recommendation located in farmland area and the restaurant was a traditional Japanese house.  We had good taste udon and relax time with warm hospitality of old couple owner.  This place becomes my favorite.

Surf Trip to Kochi, Day 2
Surfing 24th Round in Japan
We woke up at 4am and left hotel at 5am.  We arrived Hirano beach at 6am.  I saw many surfers there but there were still few points that I could surf.

The wave was smaller than yesterday.  I think it was similar to summer's Newport beach.  I had a fun time but it was not satisfied my expectation enough...

After surfing, we started homeward in the rain.  On the way, we visited some interior shops.  My wife was excited to find her favorite stuffs there.

Surf Trip to Kochi
Surfing 23rd Round in Japan

I had a surf trip to Kochi with my wife.  We left granma's house at 6am and arrived Hirano beach after 3 and half hours drive.  There were many surfers there and we moved to Hutami beach.

The wave was small, but Pacific Ocean's wave was stronger than Japan's.  I could enjoy surfing for 2.5 hours.

After surfing, we had sightseeing in Ashizuri cape.  There were a lot of beutiful scenery!

I polished several areas that I repainted before.  Then I replaced the broken rear stabilizer.

Surfing 22nd Round in Japan
1 Day Trip to the World Heritage Site in Shimane

We left home in the early morning and went to Shimane.

At first, I went surfing at Hashi, Hamada.  The wave was junk condition with strong current.  It was hard to paddle out for me.  I just got 7-8 waves in 2 hours session.   I was exhausted due to endless paddling...

After surfing, we went to the Iwami Ginzan (silver mine) as one of the world heritage sites.

After taking a long walk in the sites, we went to the hot spring town, Yunotsu, and took a bath.

Yunotsu-onsen was shockingly old-type hot spring.  We were also shocked because the bath  temperature was quite high.  My younger kids couldn't enter his body there.  He just took a leg bath...

After dinner, we went to Hamada beach to enjoy sunset.  It was a great day!
