Start from Tuesday
Yesterday was Monday and also holiday as Respect for the Aged Day. This week was started from Tuesday but our company will be on this Saturday. I think 1-day weekend is typical Japanese world.
昨日は月曜日だったけど、敬老の日で会社はお休み。火曜日から始まる1週間だけど、土曜日は出社日。1日だけの週末というのは、とても日本的だと思う。
