Surfing 14th Round in Japan

Surfing with Kan at Hamada.  At first we checked Senjo beach but it was junk condition with strong wind.  We moved to Hashi beach and found a slight calm area near the right side jetty.  We decided to enter there.  It was not good wave but I could enjoy surfing since only us were there.

In the evening, I and my family went to Onomichi and I tested the Tasla Roadster as the latest electric super car.  I was impressed the acceleration performance.  I really felt the future is coming with a electric car.

For Tomorrow Surfing

In the night, I prepared the surfing stuffs, surfboard, wetsut, boots, towel and so on, for tomorrow morning.  I hope I will get good waves but what I worry about is the road condition to Hamada.  Anyway, I need to wake up at 3:30am.  Oops, I have to go to bed now!

Movie at Home Since it was very chilly in the morning, we stayed at home until afternoon. (Pentax K100D + Sigma 70-300mm APO DG Macro) We rented the movie "Crash of the Titan" and watch it on the night. My impression was not good unfortunately...

Surfing 13th Round in Japan Surfing with Kan at Hamada. It was strong wind and the wave was junk condition at Senjo and Hashi. We decided to go to Asari beach where west wind can be blocked. The condition at Asari was a kind of junk with strong current. It was difficult to return to the waiting point after riding due to the strong current. I got only 1 wave and couldn't enjoy surfing, since I exhausted totally due to long time paddling after first riding. I was disappointed with my weak ability... I felt keenly I need to develop my strength. (iPhone4)

Friday Night After work, I went to the shopping center "Soleil" where I and my family arranged to meet with. I was very hungry because I didn't take lunch. We tried a set of hamburger and donut at "Mosdo" for the dinner. It was good quality as fast food.

Japanese Custom of Seven Herbs Today, January 7th, is Jin-jitsu no Sekku as one of the Japanese customs. We have the custom of eating rice porridge with the seven herbs. My wife made it for dinner and we enjoyed one of winter's Japanese customs.

Play with Grandfather I and my sons had a good time with my grandfather. (My wife couldn't join us since she was sick and stay in bed all day.)
