2010/09/08

Second Application Day I left my house at 6:45am and went to the Driving Lisence Center by commuting train and bus. I finally got my new lisence at 1:30pm and I returned my house at 3pm. I was disappointed I spent over 9 hours to just renew my driving license... As last round for visiting our favorite restautant, we went pork cutlet restaurant, Ikkyu, for dinner. (Pentax K-7 + Sigma 10-20mm EX DC) I really like Ikkyu with high quality pork cutlet.

    Take heart, getting a renewed driving license can take nine hours in CA too! The DMV isn't even open for a full week due to California's budget problems. Are you getting used to driving on the other side?

    I'm sorry the CA DMV's situation is becoming worse. My case on last March was for 4 hours. However DMV has reservation system and my wife spent less than 1 hour with reservation. Anyway, there is no problem to be used to Japanese traffic situation so far.
